    Chapter Index

The runes on this armor, Kelsugard had copied down the crooked rune families on it, annotated them, and given a copy to every kingdom present.

Jace took a closer look at the words and felt that with his level of orcish, he could pretty much read what it was trying to say.

He had thought that the words might be some kind of enchantment spell, written by those warlocks with the power of blood, attaching an even more evil spell to this already extremely evil-looking armor. As it turned out, the passages depicted all scenery, among them green grasslands, tall mountains, and the sea that divided the two ……

Looking at it, Jace thought it was an orc’s tribute to this new world, Azeroth, after polluting his planet with evil energy, but at the same time he wondered why the orcs were writing these things in blood.

It wasn’t until he saw the last two runes that he realized.

    “Can’t go back.”

    This actually says Draenor?

Connecting with the content of the game, are the green grasslands Nagrand or Terokka? Is the tall mountain range Frostfire Ridge, or Gorlond …… Is the sea the Sea of Zanga?

It was hard for Jace to understand why this orc was writing this before he died; was he pining for his homeland, or did Azeroth make him think of his homeland, or was he in pain because he couldn’t return to the Dark Gate because of his defeat? But there was no way to know.

Kelsugard explained the runes to the group, he was hoping to use the armor with the strange content written on it as a support for his opening speech, so that those in attendance would see a different orc relic.

“A Peek at the Other Side of Orc Civilization”.

This passage can be quite politically incorrect, especially because this metal armor represents the fact that this owner is probably a governor of considerable force and status, since most orc infantrymen are clad in light armor or even naked.

Like the Battlecry Clan, the chiefs entered the battlefield topless.

Orc clans that rely on heavy armor for protection, especially this black, red-tinted armor, odds are that the clan that fights the fiercest in the tribe is the one that fights the fiercest, such as Blackrock or Dragon-Throat.

In other words, the owner of this armor probably didn’t know how many humans he had killed before he finally started to miss his homeland on his deathbed.

The scholars who studied the orcish language were already by definition the most tolerant part of the common people to orcs, and hearing this part of Kelsugard’s explanation, some of them still showed complicated looks.

Jace tried to guess his motives; Klsugard, as one of the leaders of a kenrito, the presiding officer of an orcish language conference, and even a private practitioner of necromancy, in either capacity, surely he would have wanted the visitor to have no scruples and be able to speak freely.

Therefore, he probably intended to start with the opening that would break the edge of “offending” the most, so that everyone could open up and not let the sharing of knowledge be influenced by some public opinion factors outside the venue.

This way, he could also maximize the amount of information he could get in the orcish language materials sent from various places.

Next the scholars of the Kingdom of Kul Tiras delivered a letter, and a rune from a battle sword that had not yet been translated.

The letter was probably about the orc warships attacking Kul Tiras from the harbor of Stormwind City, but of course the war was over and the letter was of little military value.

Even during the war, the Horde’s warships didn’t have much outstanding combat power compared to Kul Tiras’s warships, and the most frightening thing instead was the Red Dragon that appeared on the sea along with the Orc warships.

The runes on the weapon were translated by the group together, eventually yielding a first name and a last name of practical significance, and it was guessed that the owner of the weapon was probably a Bloodguard of the Blacktooth Carnage Clan.

Jace noticed that Klsugard wasn’t interested in either of these things, but still made some floor talk, praising the materials that the Kingdom of Kul Tiras had brought with them, and had a decent discussion about knowledge related to weapons and orc warships.

Perhaps it is because the content has nothing to do with necromancy.

Jace glanced at his pocket watch, it was now after 5 o’clock, and if all the visiting scholars were allowed to get their stuff out and discuss it, the time would probably be heading towards 9 or even 10 o’clock. Klsugard, Orc information, the real purpose of the meeting ……

Thinking about all this, Jace was already starting to feel uneasy inside, especially when coupled with what Kefal had told him earlier, about how rarely the black dragon appeared anymore.

Tonight past first thing in the morning, he was going to talk to Grid about leaving Dalaran for the Outlander Mountains, which weren’t much of a place to stay anymore anyway.

However, the other scholars and students were not yet bored.

It was almost past 7:00 when some of the summarizing and discussion of the Gilneas’ orcish readings ended, and Klsugard looked over.

“The following time is reserved for Master Carlo Duchamp of the Stormwind Kingdom and his students.” The Archmage of Kenrito glanced at the material under his hand and said, “Master Duchamp has brought with him traces of records concerning the orcs’ exchanges with other Azeroth races, as well as some of their learning of the common language in Stormwind.”

The Stormwind Kingdom was the place most damaged by the orc invasion, and the scholars from the other countries listened especially attentively when Dushan stepped forward to report on some of the traces of language left by the orcs in the Stormwind Kingdom that he had explored and searched for together with his students over the past year.

Jace wasn’t in the mood to listen to his teacher, after all, he was coming up next soon.

When confronted with Kelsugard, he felt that he couldn’t say some of the things he had said before blindly anymore, after all, Kelsugard was a rather perceptive mage, and hints about the holy artifacts had to be reminded with a bit more care.

But if you are careful enough to make them unintelligible …… The manuscript had not yet been revised, when Jace suddenly heard Kersugard call his name.

“Here is Mr. Jace Sesso, you have an untranslated order from a high ranking Orc officer, correct? You can bring it up here, and if you can I can ask Mr. Bronyam to recite it in Orcish for you, and we’ll do the translation together.”

Kelsugard’s tone wasn’t as enthusiastic as it had been before, after all, there had already been a few so-called battle plans, troop movement orders, and the like, all of which were outdated material from years ago.

“Thank you, Master Kelsugard.” Jace stood up and said, “This letter of command is of great importance in my opinion, and its giver I suspect is a student of Gul’dan, the Talon Blood Demon himself.”

The crowd murmured at the name, Duchamp stared up, and an imperceptible change of mood flashed in Klsougaard’s stoic eyes, he was interested?
