    Chapter Index

This crazy girl can’t hide her heart on her face, and whatever is on her mind will come right out.

Well, all that’s written on her face right now is “Holy shit Captain you’re fucking alive!” Instead of “God damn it, Kasmod didn’t stab him to death back then?”. .

Leon lowered his eyes to the twin ponytailed girl, who was quite a bit shorter than him, and slowly lowered his arms, “Why don’t we put the guns down and sit down and talk slowly?”

Rebecca squarely snapped out of her shock and amazement.

She shook her head, apparently accepting the fact that Leon was still alive.

But it didn’t drop the pistol.

Rebecca stood on her tiptoes and held her arm up, the blackened muzzle disliking Leon’s face, “Am I dreaming?”

“Of course not, what are you dreaming about in the middle of the day?”

“No Captain, I’m going to shoot you in the thigh right now, if you wince in pain it’ll prove it wasn’t a dream, come on, start.”

The corner of Leon’s eye twitched slightly twice.

Well, well, well, well, the empire has changed, but his gunslinger hasn’t, and is still the same neurotic teenager.

    Sure enough, it’s empty.

Then, Leon was seen pulling a large handful of bullets out of his pocket, “All those hidden guns of yours are too good to find, Rebecca.”

Before he was sure if Rebecca was really trustworthy, as the Master had said, Leon discreetly unloaded the bullets in her gun.

When she comes home, see if she can communicate calmly.

If he couldn’t, Leon didn’t have to be afraid of a gunner without bullets.

Rebecca stared blankly at the man in front of her.

    Right flavor.

The captain’s breezy, self-assured pretentiousness was something no one could imitate.

Rebecca finally let her defenses down and opened her arms about to embrace Leon.

The move, however, startled Leon into taking a quick step back, then reached out and put his hand against Rebecca’s head to stop her from coming up to hug him.

Rebecca froze, “Captain, I don’t even mind hugging a corpse that’s come back from the dead, you’re not happy about it instead huh?”

    “Things are different, Rebecca.”

Things are indeed different from three years ago.

    Three years ago he was naked, so a hug was fine;

But three years later he not only got married and had a wife, but he also had three babies.

Even now that his wife was temporarily away, he had to abide by his husband’s ways for a bit.

Kasmode’s ‘de’ is the ‘de’ of male de, no problem!

But Rebecca, apparently unaware that her captain had ‘flunked out’, took Leon’s
