    “Leon.”

The Queen’s voice rang in her ears, “Tell me, are you making a perfunctory promise to my sister?”

    Hmm?

Why are you asking this question all of a sudden?

And what makes this she-dragon think that if she asks me now, I’m bound to answer?

Leon’s brain pondered, and violently, a memory flooded into his mind.

It was back in the dashing days when Leon had held the pictures of the Bunny Girl hostage in order to order the Mother Dragon, and Loseweather had snuck into Leon’s room in the middle of the night in order to find out where the pictures were hidden.

At that time, she also asked Leon a question first, but Leon didn’t respond.

Immediately afterward, she gave Leon a direct order to take her to the photo.

As for the outcome of that night, know it all, the mother dragon flopped unexpectedly.

But afterward Leon forgot to ask Lois Visser exactly why she did that.

He guessed that he should have inadvertently fallen under Loseweather’s charm or some other trick to achieve a similar effect of falling asleep and then knowing what he was talking about.

So it looks like Roseweather secretly used it on herself before going to bed tonight, too?

So it’s been an agonizing wait until 2:30 a.m., in order to ask questions that Leon wouldn’t even answer in his waking state.

Hmph, childish she-dragon, luckily for the Dragon Slayer I’m skilled, how could such a small ruse possibly count against me?

Okay, since you want to play, I’ll play with you too.

“It’s not perfunctory, it’s all true.” Leon replied slyly.

Loseweather froze, a little incredulous, “You said you’d take care of me and die for me, and also, also true?”

“Yes, it’s true, I will protect you well, even if it means laying down my life.” Leon began to talk nonsense, relying on the special circumstances of the moment.

Silver eyes trembled violently in the moonlight as she sat on her knees beside Leon, unable to believe what he was saying.

Tag said that asking Leon questions at 2:30 a.m. and if he answers, then it must be from his heart.

In other words, Leon does he really …… care about himself ……

Lossweather clutched her wrists, palms to her chest, and could clearly feel the heart beating faster and faster.

Heat seemed to emanate from every pore of her body, hiding under the warm nightgown and burning with shame.

“But we’re enemies, and wouldn’t it go against your heart to think that about an enemy?” Lossweather asked again.

Leon made a silent calculation in his mind, and after wording it well, he said.

“In my heart, you have long since ceased to be an enemy; you are my wife, the love of my life, the one I deserve to spend my entire life guarding.”

    Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

Leon couldn’t help picking his toes under the covers himself as he finished the sentence.

He wouldn’t have said that to Loseweather if he’d had a knife to his neck in the normal course of events.

But now, under the guise of pretending to have been struck by a charm, he was able to make the best of the situation and speak freely.

It’s nonsense, but just in case he gets a little intentional
