He looks over to Loseweather and asks, “I’ll give you a human style birthday then, I’m good at that.”

Loseweather shrugged her shoulders, “Fine, as you wish. But if it doesn’t end up satisfying me …… you’re going to have to give me something else to talk about, understand?”

Leon grunted and raised his hand, “Package.”

Losweather looked at the palm in front of her and, without much hesitation, reached out her hand as well and shook it with Leon’s tiger’s mouth.

This would be considered an agreement.

    119 Mom loved Dad!

It’s not Roseweather’s birthday until next Tuesday.

Leon had plenty of time to prepare.

The first step is still to figure out what Loseweather likes.

Leon did know what she didn’t like – cilantro.

But it was a birthday, after all, and Leon had no intention of screwing her over with something so pedestrian.

It was a small matter to make her furious, but the most important thing was not to spoil her daughter’s fun.

In fact, Leon didn’t know a lot about Loseweather’s preferences.

She’s not usually outspoken about her preferences, and often has a “this is fine, not this is fine” attitude.

After being a captive under her for so long, all Leon knew was that she loved oranges, and even her ice cream had to be orange flavored.

Other than that, there’s not much.

But you can’t just have oranges for your birthday, or you’ll get told off by Los Vespers:

Are all you humans so shabby on your birthdays?

Not much to go on for the moment, and just then, there was a knock at the door.

Leon got up and went forward to open the door, it was Noah and Mourne.

    “Daddy~ It’s time for class~” said Moune.

Leon crouched down, took her small hand in his and asked with a smile, “Don’t you want to rest and relax even on a Saturday?”

Moune shook her head and said seriously, “Sister didn’t take Saturdays off when she was magically initiated either, and Moune is going to be just like her.”

Leon sniffed and looked at Noa next to him.

    The eldest daughter nodded silently.

“Okay, then Daddy is taking you to the library. Does Noa want to come along?”

    “Uh-huh.”

    “Go.”

Leon hugged Moune and held Noa, and the three of them, father and daughter, went to the library together.

Finding a few books on the subject, Leon held Murn in his lap and lectured her on the day’s content as usual.

Noa, for her part, sat dutifully across the table, holding a deeper introduction to magic to peruse.

That’s supposed to be supplementary reading material for upperclassmen, and Noa can read it now .
