The whole pen is slightly on the heavy side, and holding it in your hand is like holding a piece of quiet history.

All Leon knew was that in human society, only old scholars who were admired and had accomplished something received pens from their peers when they retired, which represented respect and recognition.

I guess in the perception of the dragons, the significance of giving a fountain pen is a little different, but in the final analysis, it should also represent approval.

“It’s rare for Principal Ouellette to show that she thinks so highly of a particular student, Noa, your talent and hard work have earned you Principal Ouellette’s recognition, so keep up the good work next.” The vice principal patted her shoulder.

“Well, thank you Vice Principal, and thank you Principal Ouellette.” Noa said politely.

The Vice Principal straightened up, looked at the couple, and said, “And thank you both for being able to raise such an outstanding child for the Academy, and the Academy will certainly live up to your expectations and cultivate Noa properly.”

Loseweather nodded and smiled, making polite conversation with the principal.

Leon wanted to say a couple of polite things too.

But the thought of your academy training the elite all to fight the dragon slayers ……

Hey, I can only silently expect my daughter to graduate slowly, preferably without skipping a grade, or Dad’s little coat may have to turn into a thorn undershirt.

Even though it was given to her by Principal Ouellette, she knew that it was definitely not her own doing that she was able to write that article.

She looked up at her dad and then at her mom, a little torn for a moment.

“What’s wrong Noa?” Lois Visser asked of her own accord, seeing that her daughter seemed to have something to say.

“Ah…I think you guys helped a lot to get Principal Ouellette’s appreciation, so I think this fountain pen should be given to you, but there’s only one ……”

Noah said, “I don’t know who to give it to.”

The kid was honest enough to just say he didn’t know.
