    .”

    “Good~”

Anymore, she was the sister of a genius, and just because she was usually dorky didn’t mean she’d be dorky when it came to business.

Leon still had confidence in his little cottontail.

He flipped through the books as he explained some of the basics of magic to Murn.

Dragons and humans are taught the same way when it comes to these basic theories.

“Magic is a hybrid power that is a combination of the user’s own physical as well as mental strength, which is then channeled through the magical circuits within the body to ultimately unleash the effects the user desires.”

Leon explained to Murn in the simplest way possible what magic was made of and how it was used.

The little dragon lady listened attentively, the dull hair on top of her head swaying left and right, then asked, “Daddy, what is spiritual power?”

“Mental power is just a name, it can be understood simply as ‘will’, ‘willingness’, or ‘strong thoughts about a certain goal’. Of course, this is just a simple way of understanding it, and the exact description is very complex.”

Leon said, as he picked up another book.

“For example, is Daddy picking up this book with his hands right now using some force?”

    Mourne nodded.

“Then the use of force was accompanied by the same willingness to pick up the book, and the two together drove Dad to accomplish such a simple act.”

Moune blinked her big pretty eyes and let out a soft oh, then asked, “But but but, if Daddy doesn’t have a strong will to pick up the book, won’t he still be able to pick it up in the end?”

The simple way of describing it naturally has some holes in it.

Of course, this was a loophole that Leon had intentionally left open, he just wanted Mourne to think and ask questions on his own so that he would be impressed.

“Well, you’re right, Moune, but it’s just a simple thing like “picking up a book,” and the will or, rather, the mental faculties don’t have much of an effect on it.”

Leon said, “But if the matter is as complex as “manipulating magic”, then the mental power will have a great influence on the final effect. There are two extreme assumptions we can make about this.”

“Uh-huh, Daddy you say.” Moune listened intently.

This stuff is a lot more interesting than listening to baby dragon short stories!

“One, physically healthy and mentally sound; the other, equally healthy, but for some reason very repulsed by the use of magic.”

“Then, let’s set the same goal for both of them – to use Dragonflame.”

“Which one will come out a little better, in Moune’s opinion?”

    Moon raised her hand, “First!”
