    Chapter Index

Anne returned and thanked you for remembering that there are several people in your family waiting for you to feed them.'”

Loseweather grunted, “Why do you seem to care about the fact that I wasn’t home yesterday? What, did you miss me?”

“I miss you? Why would I, a dragon slayer, miss a dragon like you?”

Leon said, “If I miss you, it’s at best …… monthly fee group six nine four nine three land one three five trying to find out your whereabouts so you don’t sneak up on me in the cold.”

“Hmph, well then, I was going to share with you what I’ve seen and heard in the past two days, but I didn’t think you’d be so defensive, it really breaks my heart, hehe, I don’t want to share with you at all. Bye.”

With that, Losweather turned and walked away.

But the next second, she stopped dead in her tracks.

The waistband of the skirt was gently tugged.

The force was so small that Loseweather could have walked away if she wanted to.

But if you just walk away, with someone’s stiff upper lip, you’d rather hold it in than catch up, right?

A few moments later, only to hear a stammering question from behind, “Where did you …… go yesterday?”

Loseweather turned back to me and smiled meaningfully, “Wanna know?”

    Nod.

She hooked her finger, “Lean over a little and I’ll tell you.”

Intuition and experience told Leon that the move was fraudulent.

But curiosity drove him to take a step.

By the time he regretted it, he was standing in front of Los Vespers.

Lossweather smiled and cupped his ear, coming up to the side of his face and lifting a hand to gently scrape the bridge of his nose-

Well, his master wasn’t lying, it does seem to be dented a bit.

Then, with her vermilion lips, she softly whispered.

“I’d rather not tell you~ Guess for yourself~”

Leon shook his head and shook off Losweather’s hand, taking two panicked steps back, “I knew you were scamming me, never mind if I don’t tell.”

“You’re my prisoner of war, why do I have to tell you where I’m going?”

She smiled as if she was looking forward to what Leon’s reaction would be after hearing that.

And Leon realizes that Losweather just saw that he just showed some panic and worry, and that’s why he’s riding the face output here now.

Well, Dragoness, between “the truth of the matter” and “going toe-to-toe with you,” my choice would have to be–

    Line up with you.

“But your prisoner of war is a dragonslayer who can kill his way through the vast majority of your forces without relying on magic, and you’re so relieved to be running out on your own without explaining anything?”

Leon looked straight into her silver eyes, “So careless, beware I-“

“So what do you do? Hmm?”

Loseweather stepped forward, interrupting Leon’s chant.

She even purposely puffed out her chest, forcing Leon to only step back again.

    “Say, what do you do?”
