    Chapter Index

“Anyway, I’m not trying to pressure you into anything by telling you this, I just want you to take care of my sister, she’s just had the loneliest two years of her life, but there are so many more for the rest of your life, and you need to be there for her all the way.”

Isha looked up at Leon, “You’re a man of honor, you know what it takes to reassure me, don’t you?”

Leon’s pupils fluttered slightly, the fire in his eyes burning slowly.

Stay with her all the way ……

    With a lifetime.

    But we ……

Leon also had one last love letter in his hand, and he unconsciously squeezed the corner of the envelope.

Seeing Leon’s silence, Isha frowned slightly, “What, you don’t-“

    “I will, sis.”

Leon folded that last love letter and slowly tossed it into the fire.

The letterhead burns, the ashes misty.

“I’ll take care of Loseweather, I promise.”

Isha’s frown stretched, “Hmph, boy, you better really be.”

Leon stood up and pounded his chest, “Really, I didn’t take care of her with the first child. If there is a second child, I will die defending my wife and child.”

The premise is if there is one.

Isha was amused by him, “Okay, okay, okay, don’t show off, don’t show off. Hurry back, don’t make Xiao Luo wait and get anxious.”

Leon nodded and turned toward the rooftop stairway.

“Eh wait.” Isha suddenly called out to him.

    “Anything else sis?”

“Make yourself at home tonight, and that room is exceptionally well soundproofed.”

Leon: I can’t thank you enough for the monthly fee group 6 nine four nine three 61 three 5 you have!

73 Stupid, that’s the way it has to be (double)

The house was quiet when Leon returned to his room.

He tried to call down softly to Loseweather.

    No response.

    “So fast asleep.”

Leon muttered, closing the door softly behind him.

Taking off his shoes in the foyer, Leon walked with silent steps to the bed, then climbed onto it gingerly.

But the waterbed was too “active”, and as soon as he pressed his hand on it, the whole bed tilted a little to his side.

Lois Visser’s foot under the covers also inadvertently touched the back of his hand.

    Leon’s mind panicked.

The she-dragon’s feet always brought back not-so-good memories.

Leon gulped nervously, quietly moving his hands away and slowly crawling to the inside of the waterbed.

Laying back down, Leon breathed a sigh of relief.

He pulled a corner of the quilt over his chest, still not quite daring to get under it all in one piece.

If there had been a Dragon Power next to him, he would have gotten high a long time ago.
