Leon leaned back in his chair, rubbing his chin with one hand and frowning slightly.

Loseweather looked over at him, thinking about what questions he would ask.

Was it a hint that she could cut him some slack in the future?

Or, is it an explicit or implicit expression of his desire to return to the Empire for a visit?

It probably has something to do with all that.

After all, this interview was a great opportunity to get Leon to spill his guts.

Waiting a little while, Leon looked over at Los Vespers, met her silver eyes, and asked, in a hushed voice.

“You actually liked that teddy bear I gave you, didn’t you?”

    Loseweather froze.

She hadn’t expected Leon to ask such a question at all.

One, which has absolutely nothing to do with identity position or ennui.

Loseweather’s pupils fluttered slightly as she pursed her lips, raised her hand to straighten the hair around her ears, lowered her eyes, and nodded her head, the

“Well, I really like the teddy bear you gave me.”

Perhaps even Roseweather herself hadn’t noticed that Leon had asked, “Did you like it?”

But her answer was not simply “like”.

    Rather – “very much.”

    Slap–

Leon slapped his hands together, “OK, I’m good with that.”

    President Wilson stood up and

“Then, the interview is over, you two, I hope your future lives will be happy all the way. The results of the assessment will be sent to the Silver Dragon Sanctuary tomorrow through a letter dragon, thank you both again for your cooperation, thank you.”

Early in the morning, Moune woke up, his little head not quite turned on yet, and muttered vaguely that

    “Sister …… What’s for breakfast ……”

    No response.

    “Sister?”

Moune slowly opened his eyes and realized that Noa was already up early.

She jumped out of bed with a jolt, then ran to the bathroom, the den, and the foyer, all without seeing Noa.

Eventually Moune went to the balcony and looked down into the courtyard below, which led him to Noa.

And it wasn’t just Noa who was in the courtyard at the moment, Leon and Los Vespers stood on either side of her, left and right.

The three men looked like scarecrows, lifting their heads and staring forty-five degrees into the sky, not moving a muscle.

Mourne scratched her hair in confusion, “Is this some new woodchuck game ……”

Chanting, Moune got dressed, brushed her hair briefly, and then trotted down the stairs
