    Chapter Index

In a trance, it seemed as if he had returned to his days at the Dragon Slayer Academy.

Every day after class, he would munch on his books without distraction, as he was doing now.

Or reviewing, or prepping, in short, he doesn’t let himself be idle.

It’s no wonder his roommate says he’s a roll king.

Late into the night, studying and too sleepy, Leon chewed on a mouthful of the chili his master had brought him.

    The refreshing effect is awesome.

He hadn’t long woken up from his coma now, and should have gotten more rest and relaxation.

But with Noa taking her entrance test next month, he had to make time to prepare for his classes, as well as make a rigorous and efficient study program.

So, with his body not quite able to hold out, Leon had to force himself to get refreshed by munching on chili peppers.

    And the dragon chili ……

It does meet Leon’s needs to a far greater degree than he expected.

While studying, Leon’s concentration was so intense that by the time he thought to take a break, it was after eleven o’clock at night.

He rubbed his eyes, which were a little heavy with fatigue, and Leon grabbed the chili pepper in his hand and took a bite.

In an instant, that sourness rushed straight to the spirit of the sky, what sleepiness directly of course all gone.

Leon squeezed his thighs tightly, enduring the blazing numbness in his mouth.

After a moment’s reprieve, Leon set aside the prepared instruction and program and turned to the herb books from the drawer.

    Actually, he is.

He flipped through the catalog and found the categories of “body nourishment” and “tonic”.

    Shame to say.

Roseweather’s “You’re not as fit as you used to be” was still like a dagger in Leon’s appreciation.

And it just so happens that all roll kings have one trait in common – they’re stubborn and bullheaded.

He had asked his maid, Anna, for books on herbs in the morning, just to see if there was anything that could replace his current nutrients.

If he relied on nutrients alone, it would take a monkey’s time for his body to return to its normal level.

Leon couldn’t let that she-dragon look down on him.

He wanted Roseweather to pay dearly for her “you’re not as fit as you used to be.”

With that thought, Leon flared up and flipped through the herb book for information he might be able to use.

“The Red Pulp Dragon Fruit …… has delicious flesh, and the core of the fruit can be used as a medicinal herb with the efficacy of regulating qi and blood …… Well, it’s useless.”

“Phantom Lotus Grass, externally applied to relieve a certain degree of external injuries, internally taken to regulate digestive function …… Shit, your dragon race’s herbs are really a double duty.”

“Protecting the Dragon Kidney Treasure, with – what kind of abstract name is Nima Protecting the Dragon Kidney Treasure? This name sounds immodest alright! It’s …… at first glance.”

He spat, narrowing his eyes slightly as his gaze fell on the ensuing introductions to the

“Hiss …… Sure enough, it fits my stereotype of the name.”

But what Leon needed wasn’t a drug that functioned too intuitively and violently like Dragon Protector Kidney Buster.

    He still has to
