Chapter 0044-Shut Up Dragon I Don’t Want To Have Any More Kids With You
by Milkshake-Tail-chan(奶昔尾尾酱)You have to use the word mother when we’re not here.”
Loseweather frowned, “What’s wrong with the word mother?”
“And what do they call me?”
“Call your dad.”
Leon spread his hands, “Look, you see, the normal way of calling a father is always used in conjunction with a mother. The fact that Moune is willing to call me Papa instead of Father means that she still prefers the affectionate name.”
“Is mother not an affectionate title.” Lois Visser asked earnestly.
“Of course it’s not cordial – tsk, it’s not not cordial, it’s just too …… formal, it’ll look a little rusty.”
With a slight twitch in her mind, Los Vesper did not answer immediately, but silently pondered Leon’s words.
After a pause, Leon added, “Or we could make a bet.”
“What bet?”
“You get Moune and Noa to change their name for you to mom and see if they’ll want to be closer to you than they are now.”
Losweather sniffed, contemplated a little, and nodded in response, “Good.”
“Don’t ask what the stakes are?”
“No need, if I lose, do whatever you want.”
After a moment’s thought, she added, “Except for letting you go home.”
Leon snorted and said nothing.
For her part, Lois Visser chimed in with her head down, “Is there really a big difference between a mother and a mom …….”
Leon didn’t continue to discuss the topic with her.
Anyway, he was speaking from the heart, and the affectionate address was a necessary part of the equation if he wanted to maintain the false family in front of the children as well.
Not to mention, it’s strange to hear little Moen and Noa call her “mother” all day long.
Obviously we are a family, why do we have to be so respectful of each other.
After the conversation about name calling ended, they were silent with each other for about twenty minutes or so.
Losweather slowly stood up and said, “Come on, we have somewhere to be.”
“What place?”
“Well …… actually, this time, I didn’t just ask you out for a walk, but I also wanted to show you something.”
Loseweather said, “I can’t let you go home, but this item should ease your worries a little.”
Leon didn’t inquire as to what it was, just narrowed his eyes and surveyed Losweather, “There’s just something off about you today, she-dragon.”
Loseweather shrugged, “Since you don’t believe me, forget it, we’re going back now.”
With that said, Losweather turned around and headed the way she came.
But before she could take two steps, she heard Leon shouting after her, the
“Hey, show me what it is.”
Lois Visser turned her back to Leon, and a smile appeared at the corners of her mouth–
Finally, hooked!
