Auer slept for three days, during which time Zhou Yunsheng did not move an inch to guard his bedside. The atmosphere in the hospital has been completely different from the original, every passing doctor and nurse, face with a relaxed and happy smile, gleefully talking about the bright future. The robot army had been paralyzed for three days, and the various military factories under the Queen’s control had also stopped functioning, the ground was silent. The Marshal sent troops to scout every few hours, and never found anything unusual.

They were already certain that the computer that Orr had chosen was the Queen’s hideout, and that he wasn’t some undercover spy, but a hero who had saved all of Interstellar! In order to provide timely reports back to the frontline, just like the brain-controlled mechs, the hand-controlled mechs were also installed with real-time monitoring equipment, and Orr’s every move inside the information center was ingested and reported to the military ministry, as well as being widely circulated in the barracks. He didn’t hesitate to intercept Carnai’s actions, finding the correct computer and implanting the chip as fast as he could, efficiently accomplishing his mission. But these are nothing, the most shocking is the video of his battle with Carnai in just two minutes, clearly using hand-controlled mechs, but can smoothly make the brain-controlled mechs can only make the doings, only a side kick, a heavy punch, a few times elbow strikes, the complete destruction of Carnai’s mechs, and then ripped out Carnai’s cockpit and casually threw it aside, the action can not speak of the coldness, but also handsome full.

The originally heavy and sluggish hand-controlled mech was exceptionally flexible and agile under his operation, and if it was replaced with a brain-controlled mech, it was not difficult to imagine its powerful combat power. After watching the video, the soldiers were all impressed by General Orr’s superb fighting standard and combat awareness.

The military department analyzed the video over and over again a few times, and finally came to the conclusion that Carnai took the lead in attacking Orr and was aiming to destroy the chip that had been inserted~into the computer, and that if Orr didn’t stop him, the salvation operation would fail. Therefore, Orr did not need to take any responsibility.

Those who were lucky enough to survive the havoc expressed great satisfaction with the outcome, except for Carnai Serayan who was furious and approached the court-martial several times to file a complaint, which was unceremoniously dismissed. Carnai had come close to implanting the chip in the wrong computer and thus failing the mission, and had said something so stupid that it was enough to cancel out the honor he had previously achieved.

“Who fought on the front lines during the seven months that Orr was in a coma, who repelled the robot hordes time and time again? It was me. Just because of a chip, they ignored my efforts and merits and went after Orr instead, it’s so unfair.” Carnai half leaned on the hospital bed~ and said calmly and self-possessedly.

Nan Qing’s face was full of difficulties, as if she wanted to comfort her brother, but couldn’t find the right words to say. The world was like this, they couldn’t see the sweat and toil that others had put in, and could only see the pomp and splendor on the surface of success. He deliberated for a moment and said slowly, “Brother, you should look at things from a different perspective. In fact, you have to thank Orr, if not for him stopping you in time, you would have become a sinner of the entire empire by now.”

“And I have to thank him?” Seemingly hearing a heavenly joke, Carnai smiled grimly. He was not willing, why should Orr always be on top of him since he was a child, it was so hard to get such a great opportunity, only to have it ruined by Orr again. Since he knew which computer the Queen was inside, he should have told him and let him carry out the mission, instead of taking the chip away from him in a hard way, in the end, it was just a competition for military honors.

Curbing the hostility in his heart, Carnai nodded and said, “You have a point. Forget it, let this matter pass, there’s no point in pursuing it further. Is Auer awake?”

“I was still unconscious when I visited yesterday. I’ll visit again later.” Nan Qing couldn’t help but feel relieved to see her brother and Orr put their differences on ice. Now Orr was a superhero of the Asa Interstellar, and he had heard that he would soon be promoted and decorated. He was now an Admiral, and further up would be a Grand Admiral, a Grand Admiral at the age of only 27 was an unparalleled existence in the Asa Interstellar, and he was also a Special Person, who could live to be more than three hundred years old, whereas the other four Grand Admirals, including the Marshal, were already dying, and would soon be stepping down from their high positions.

According to this calculation, Orr definitely had a chance to become the supreme ruler of the empire. Nan Qing sketched Orr’s glorious future slightly in his mind and immediately felt his heart beating wildly. He was now planning to hold onto~Orr tightly, rather than dangling him as if he was in the past.

But first he had to find out just what the identity of the teenager claiming to be Orr’s lover was. The words he had asked the old marshal over the comm (Where did you find this idiot?) By now, the word had spread throughout the empire, and the title “idiot” had been forced upon his brother’s head, to be mocked by the world. Because of this remark, his career has suffered an unprecedented blow, and it will take years and more hard work than normal to get rid of it.

The more Nan Qing thought about it, the angrier she became, and she stood up and walked towards Orr’s hospital room.

Carnai’s eyes narrowed slightly as he stared at his brother’s impatient back. He would never allow Orr to step on his head, and perhaps that plan that had once been formulated could now be implemented.

    —————

Zhou Yunsheng lay on the side of the hospital bed and used his fingers to lift~open Orr’s eyelids and inspect his pupils. He had watched the battle video many times over and found a detail that no one else had noticed, when Orr held Carnai’s wrist, his pupils changed, from light brown to pure black, with silver streams of light floating between them, and since he was standing in the shadows and only in the side of the mirror, it was hard to notice without a closer look.

Zhou Yunsheng could be sure that the person was not Orr Yasai at that time, but his lover. He held up a small flashlight and repeatedly checked Orr’s pupils, and at that exact moment, Orr came to his senses and asked in a muffled voice, “Joe, what are you doing?” His eyelids had been rolled over one too many times by the teenager, and a stinging pain was noticeable.

“I’m checking for you. You were unconscious for three days and three nights this time.” Zhou Yunsheng turned off the flashlight and lazily sat back down. The person who was awake now was Orr himself, but strangely enough, he didn’t feel disappointed or frustrated at all because he had already determined that his lover was inside him and would come to his senses at any time. He could figure out what to do while he waited, which was much better than the hopeless ordeal he’d been through before.

“I was unconscious for three days and three nights?” Orr clenched his fists, feeling his body filled with raging energy, with none of the weakness of a prolonged coma. He even vaguely felt that he was able to tear apart a mech with his bare hands.

“Do you remember what happened before the coma?” Zhou Yunsheng opened his notebook and wrote down his observation diary as usual.

“I followed Carnai into the information center and found the Queen, who was furious but unable to repel us. Carnai inserted the chip ~into the mainframe ……” Here, Orr stopped, pressed~rubbed his more than painful temples, and spoke hesitantly, “I can’t remember what happened after that. I passed out didn’t I?”

“Yes, you passed out, but before that, you stopped Carnai’s actions and snatched the chip away.” Cho Yoon Sung rambled through the narrative as he typed.

“I snatched the chip?” Orr gave a shocked look.

“Yes, you snatched the chip and plugged~it into the correct computer. Who knows, when I cut the Queen off from the outside world and tried to confine her within the terminal system, she broke free at the last second and transferred to another computer. The cyber-magnetic field I had set up prevented her from leaving the information center, but finding the correct one out of hundreds of thousands of computers in thirty minutes was nothing short of an impossible task for the Vanguard. But congratulations, you’ve done it.”

Growing more and more shocked, Orr murmured, “But I don’t remember anything.”

“You’ve seriously injured Carnai, and someone from the military department will be coming by later for questioning. A word of advice, if you don’t want to be suspected, it’s best not to say that you’ve lost your memory.” Zhou Yunsheng stared straight into his eyes, his teal-gold pupils flashing with a demonic light. He tried to use hypnosis to awaken his lover, but like before, it failed.

Orr was in a trance for a moment and quickly came to his senses, nodding his head with one side of his thanks. He knew how suspicious those people in the military department were, and if he let them find out about his abnormality, endless investigations and surveillance would ensue.

“Before they come to you for questioning, it’s best to watch this video carefully a few times and memorize every detail.” Zhou Yunsheng threw a chip over and stood up to leave in faith.

“Thank you.” Orr was very moved, every time he woke up from a coma, it was the teenager who was by his side, and always took care of all the trouble for him. Maybe it was true what the marshal said, the teenager liked himself, he just wasn’t good at expressing it.

No sooner had Orr finished watching the video than someone from the Ministry of War arrived and repeatedly asked him how he was able to find the computer where the Queen was hiding. He used “intuition” to explain his inexplicable behavior. Intuition is a very reliable basis of judgment for special people with extremely high spiritual values, and it is not a pseudo-science that is difficult to trust. Many special people are relying on intuition to avoid the threat of death time and again, and made great achievements in battle. In the army, soldiers prefer to call intuition combat awareness.

The investigating officer of the military department accepted his explanation, said a few words of blessing and pushed the door to leave.

Auer sighed in relief and was about to pour a glass of water to wet his throat when he saw Nan Qing standing in the doorway with an excited face.

“Brother Orr you’re awake!” He quickly walked into the hospital room, looked around, and asked with a seemingly hesitant voice, “Where’s Joe? Why isn’t he here?”

“He had something to take care of and left first. Phoebe, come sit down, would you like some fruit?” Orr handed over a bright red apple. After the Machine Intelligence Riot, humans were like snakes, rats, insects and ants, driven underground by the Empress to languish, and even eating was a problem, let alone eating fruit. This was a treatment that only imperial heroes could enjoy.

Nan Qing glanced at Orr’s slightly reddened ears and was very satisfied in his heart. He sat down on the edge of the bed, peeling an apple on one side and complaining on the other, ”Orr, are you having a boyfriend behind my back? Didn’t we agree on this a long time ago? No matter who finds their other half, they must bring them to each other to take a look.”

“I don’t have a boyfriend.” Orr denied in a panic.

“Then why did Joe say you were his lover?” It was this statement that Nan Qing was most mesmerized by.

“How can it be, the person I like is ……” Orr was so anxious that his face turned red, and he was about to gather the courage to confess to his beloved when his temples jerked~twitched violently, and an extremely sharp tingling sensation spread from the depths of his brain kernel throughout his body. He hung his head and covered his face, trying desperately to suppress the groan that clogged between his teeth.

Nan Qing thought he was shy, and pretended to ask after him, “Who is the person you like?”

“Who else can I like besides Joe?” Aoer looked up, the pupils of his eyes gradually turned into dark ink color, which was dotted with icy cold and piercing silver streams of light, obviously still the same rigid and handsome face, but because of the upturned eyebrows and slightly curved corners of the lips, it actually reveals a full evil. This is the sweetheart that Orr can’t forget until he dies? What kind of vision is that?

“You, didn’t you just say you didn’t like him?” Nan Qing’s face suddenly changed.

“It’s true that I don’t like him.” Orr said slowly as he took off his hospital gown and changed into his military uniform, “How can I describe my feelings for him with the word ‘like’? It’s too superficial. I love him with my entire soul and life.”

“That’s impossible! The person you like is clearly me!” Nan Qing couldn’t hold back any longer and loudly stabbed the windowpaper separating the two. He thought Aoer must have said that just to irritate himself. Well, he got his wish.

“I like you?” Auer’s expression was very bizarre, resembling mockery and pity. He walked to the dressing mirror, smoothing out every crease of his uniform one by one, and brushing his slightly messy~hair neatly, before turning back to face Nan Qing, and opened his mouth word by word, “What is it about you that deserves to be liked by Auer? Pretty face? Sexy body? What else do you have besides these two things? A punk whose mental strength and physique are both F-ranked, to think of controlling an S-ranked powerhouse, I have to admit that you have a lot of courage. But I’m sorry, those tactics of yours toying with people won’t work on me, because I already have the best lover in the world and can’t look at anyone else anymore, especially trash like you.”

“I should go, Joe is waiting for me, make yourself at home.” He nodded slightly, acting as courteous as he was, the words coming out of his mouth were extremely hurtful.

Nan Qing took a few steps backward and staggered. It was true that his mental power and physique were F-class, but this was a secret of the Serayan family that would never be known to outsiders. Now that his parents had gone underground with this secret, his brother would not reveal it to outsiders for the sake of the family’s reputation, especially Orr. So how did he know?

It doesn’t matter if you know, why would he use this to humiliate himself? Waste, garbage, the original himself in his heart is so bad existence, he those blushing heartbeat silent guard, all are fake? Nan Qing can not accept this cruel reality, back against the wall, with sad eyes looking at the handsome and evil man, hoping that he told himself just a joke.

Auer walked to the door, seemed to remember something and turned back, looking left and right at the mirror, unbuttoned the top two buttons of the blouse, revealing a little bronzed skin and collarbones, which satisfied, passing by the eyes choked with hot tears Nan Qing when he smiled and inquired, “What do you think of how I look? Is it okay?”

The current Orr was no longer the serious stereotype he had been before, his thick eyebrows were slanted, his nose was high~strong, his narrow eyes glittered with a cold light, but the corners of his mouth were covered with a playful smile, and he exuded a well-behaved but strong aura, looking very charming.

Nan Qing was compelled to nod unconsciously.

It was then that Orr took a big step towards the studio, and as he walked faster and faster, he saw the teenager with his back to him, bent over assembling instruments, and his eyes tumbled ~over~ with ecstasy. He walked up to him silently, his burning gaze swirling over his high, pouting, upturned buttocks~.

“Baby, guess who I am?” He pinched the teenager’s thin waist with one hand, wantonly rubbed~figured his butt~flesh with the other, and his lips fit on his jade white ear contour repeatedly licking~kissing it.

The sound of a low tone of laughter reached his eardrums, and a hot giant was squeezed between his femurs, and Zhou Yunsheng instantly froze. With this colorful tone and this beat up behavior, who else could it be if not that animal? He wanted to beat the other person up and let him understand the torment and pain he had endured these days, but changed his mind when he turned around and pushed him down on the desk and kissed him madly.

“Baby, you’re more enthusiastic than I thought!” Orr clasped the back of the teenager’s head so tightly that he didn’t even want to give him time to change his breath.

“If you’ve been holding back for months like me, you’d also hate to eat me now.” Zhou Yunsheng’s eyes were already burning red with love~lust.

“I only hold it in for a day and then I can’t stand it. Baby, I’m really sorry ……” Orr was about to explain when he felt the muscles in his body begin to stiffen and his blood slowly freeze. He let out a low curse and was about to explain something when he lost consciousness completely.

Ol’Arcee felt someone kissing her, and the movement was still intense, and when she opened her eyes and realized it was Joe, she immediately tried to push him away, but her sore~soft arms and legs couldn’t even lift her, as tired as if she had crossed the entire Tidus Star on foot.

“Joe, please.” He spoke awkwardly while the teenager took a break to change his breath.

Zhou Yunsheng stiffened, which opened his eyes to survey the man pressed against the table. The courteous, serious and stereotypical Or Yasai was back again, it was so damn~fucking~disgusting! He immediately let go of the man and spat several times, then kept wiping his mouth with a sterilized tissue, his disgust unconcealed.

Orr felt bad about the whole thing. He couldn’t figure out how the teenager could be so fickle, kissing him with passion one second, and then as if he had kissed a mangy~ toad the next. He even walked over to the sink and made a dry-heaving motion.

Orr’s self-esteem has been hit like never before.

“What are you looking at? The person I want to kiss is not you.” Zhou Yunsheng washed his face and ordered, pointing at the half-open door of the room, “Or Yasai, please leave, I have work to do.” The amount of work he had to do to restore the Queen’s tampered star network system back to normal was very heavy. He had wanted to concentrate on the method of awakening his lover, but had to take over the job to make sure those alien dimensions weren’t formatted by the military’s technologists. He stored them within a hidden panel, setting up defense after defense to ensure that the data in the space would run on autonomously, never to be disturbed or manipulated by the outside world.

It was then that Orr realized he wasn’t in the hospital room. He had a lot to ask, but when he saw the teenager’s cold face and impatient attitude, he had to keep silent. He dragged his sore legs and feet back to the hospital room, guessing that he might have been sleepwalking again, and if he continued to spend time with Joe, something more embarrassing might happen, so he hurriedly packed up his things and went home.

The Empress had disappeared, the robot army had all been transported back to the arsenal to be destroyed, and even the household robots that didn’t have the ability to attack had been treated coldly by the humans. Now they would rather do their own housework, and never use automatic hover cars that can connect to the star network when they go out, but manual hover cars instead, computers are still used, but personal terminals connected to the star network have been outlawed. After this catastrophe, mankind became skeptical and fearful of the rapidly developing technology and began to reflect on it. This is a phenomenon of social regression, but on a humanistic level, it is a kind of progress.

Every day, trillions of beings landed on the Star Network to carry out their activities, encompassing almost all races in the interstellar world of Asa, and from this, one could deduce how heavy the casualties were in the aftermath of the war. Many clans died out as a result, and the luckier ones survived with only a handful of members, the population plummeted, society was in chaos, and it would take at least a few decades to truly get rid of the shadow of the war. But it was a relief that the beings driven underground by the Queen could finally return to live above ground.

Orr gets the doctor’s permission to drive the hovercar back to the old Yasai family home. His real ~mother~ had died a long time ago, and his father had died on the battlefield within a few years of his second marriage; fortunately, his stepmother had been kind to him, bringing him and Jerram up and preserving the Asai family estate. This time, during the Machine Intelligence Riot, his stepmother happened to be out on vacation and escaped, and only recently returned safely to the Empire Star under military escort.

Very happy to see her dusty stepson, Mrs. Yasai ran up to him and gave him a warm hug, “Welcome back my great hero! What would you like to eat tonight, I’ll make it for you.”

“It’s so good to see you, mom. You don’t have to deliberately prepare for me, just make simple home-cooked food. Is Jerram home?” Auer inquired with a smile.

“He’s still at the barracks, he’ll be back in a while. You go ahead and take a shower.” Mrs. Yasai pushed him up the stairs.

Auer returned to his room and finally couldn’t support himself enough to pass out, and it took a full three hours before he was awake. He habitually picked up the four-dimensional imager placed on the bedside table, unscrewed the button, and Nan Qing’s figure slowly emerged, singing a love song in a gentle and pleasant voice. That was his finale performance at the New Year’s dinner, which Orr secretly recorded and made into a three-dimensional image, and opened it whenever his thoughts were unbearable. It was his treasure, and he never forgot to carry it with him on every mission.

However, as he watched, his expression actually changed from infatuation to disgust, and his hazel pupils gradually haloed into an inky color.

“What the fuck is this shit!” He sneered, crushing and flattening the four-dimensional imager made of titanium alloy with his bare hands, and throwing all the items in the house that had anything to do with Nan Qing into a metal box, taking it downstairs to be crushed with a garbage disposal.

“What are you doing?” Jerram stood in the doorway and inquired in a tone of disbelief. If he was not mistaken, all of the items that Orr had destroyed were related to Nan Qing, and these were all his treasures.

“Dispose of the trash.” Orr knew he had to move fast, having used this body twice in a row today, the load was too much, and he was afraid he was going to die again later.

“But these are gifts from Phoebe to you, they’re very memorable.” Jerram looked towards Nan Qing, who was standing behind himself, with a pitying gaze. So it was true what he said, that his brother had really moved on.

Orr snorted and lifted his feet to leave, suddenly slipping into unconsciousness just a short distance away. Jerram kicked him a few times and saw that he was unresponsive before he carried him into the living room and casually threw him on the floor. Nan Qing was about to call the doctor when Mrs. Yasai stopped him, “Call your brother.”

“But my brother doesn’t know how to heal. Orr is always fainting for some reason, so there must be something wrong with his body.”

“Call your brother and tell him to bring the men here.” Mrs. Asay’s tone was unusually cold.

Nan Qing called hesitantly, not noticing that Jerram and Mrs. Yasai exchanged a sinister look.
