    Chapter Index

    It’s finally finished!

As I sit down at my computer and write this closing statement, I can’t help but look back on the year and a half of creating this book with a lot of emotion.

    There is frustration and relief.

Disappointed because from this moment on, Xu Qi’an’s story comes to an end and must say goodbye to all of you. I’m so relieved that he was able to accompany you through this year and a half, but there’s no such thing as an unending banquet.

Easy words, of course, you can rest, this year and a half, my body is deteriorating, a lot of occupational diseases, cervical spine and lumbar muscle strain, etc., one of the most devastating item is, long-term irregular work and rest, stay up all night, so that I endocrine disorders, temper became particularly grumpy.

    Moving around and getting angry!

It’s a problem brought on by physiology, and it’s hard to refrain and control yourself.

In addition, in order to participate in the completion of the book activities, the starting point of this side need me to give an accurate time, but creative work is not a job, it is impossible to do a spit and a nail, I pigeonholed the starting point for many days.

The Finish Event requires an exact time and early submission of extras, but I can only code so much in a day, and I can’t even do that in advance of the extras.

So, the grand finale and the postscript, the extra, were both coded today. I’m emotionally cranky again from rushing the manuscript, and I feel like I’ve rushed the writing slightly, which annoys me to no end.

I was annoyed and the staff at the start had a headache from being let off the hook non-stop, a lose-lose situation!

I’m definitely not going to participate in this kind of completion event for the next book.

Well, after the completion of the book, I will not regularly update the free extras, extras I will write about the daily life, write about the Shuraba ……. Of course, not necessarily will write ah, seven days if not update the extra, will point to finish the book, will not let everyone’s investment failed, rest assured.

If I don’t write an extra in seven days, then I’ll probably serialize the extra in public, which isn’t as restrictive.

You can follow my public number: “I am a newspaper seller”.

Returning to the work itself, let’s start with a brief report on the average subscription, unfortunately it didn’t reach 150,000 average subscription during the serialization period, but the average subscription will go up after the completion of the book, so hopefully it will reach 150,000, it’s not that far off.

As for the rest of the accomplishments, I won’t blow them out of proportion because I don’t think DaBong’s accomplishments need to be emphasized.

When Demon II was finished, I promised readers that the next book would be cool, and now I’ve done it.

Many of my real-life friends, including some readers, say that Shiftman is pure awesome, and that it would be nice to add some sadness and even tragedy to the mix.

But I think I’d be beaten to death by readers in that case.

Since I promised to write cool articles, I can’t break my promise. In fact, during the writing process, I had thought of adding some sadness and joy, such as the Yunzhou rebel plot, and writing more supporting characters to death.

For example, in the final part of the big heist, Master Kou, Asuro, Huaiqing, Li Miaozhen, etc., all of these characters have their corresponding boxed lunches ready to go.

But reason tells me that if I write like that, the readers probably have a boxed lunch ready for me too, haha, just kidding.

Netflix as a commercial work, as an entertainment product, it’s enough to give people a good time and a laugh, the right amount of depth and a little bit of tragedy is fine, but that’s always just the garnish.

Life is miserable enough, reading a novel is no fun if it has to be heavy too.

To get back to the point, the book, Fighting Shift Man, has both obvious strengths and weaknesses, so I won’t go into the strengths, but will focus on the weaknesses, which are the fighting issues that are often complained about by the readers. Fighting writing is indeed average, but this is compared to the top gods who are good at writing fights.

This is something I’ll be practicing more during the completion of the book, so I’ll try to get it off the ground for the next book.

Then there is the problem of unstable updates, the beat writer before the middle of the state is good, writing passionate, more than eight thousand words a day, but with the accumulation of time, the first thing is that the body began to be unable to eat, just now I said, the body in all aspects of the problem.

The second thing is, after becoming famous, there are more chores, and even though I keep turning down some events, there are still some unavoidable events to attend. It’s hard to move forward to the mid-term and create without distractions.

It’s just exasperating to go from June to July and be so bogged down with trivia that you can’t even take a moment to think about the plot.

Anyone who has written a book understands that authors, especially online authors, can’t be entangled in minutiae, and once there’s a lot of minutiae around them, they’re mostly wasted.

Because it takes energy to create, ah, it takes time, and it’s such an intense creation as online writing that it takes up as much time and brain power as you can imagine.

I’ll try to save up for the next book and make sure the updates are steady.

The next is the writing experience in terms of feelings, in fact, after writing DaBong, I feel that I really step into the threshold of writing, before all is blind writing, without a clear system and skills.

How to show sainthood in front of people, how to pull the sense of anticipation, how to set up a persona, how to arrange the pace, how to highlight the cool points, how to write the daily life, in fact, are all methods.

These methods are just so important.

When you finish the book, do a technical summary and try to write the next book better.

Speaking of the next book, I haven’t figured out what to write about yet, so I’m asking for your input here. You guys can leave the topics you want to read about here.

I’ll pick the ones with the most likes and put them in a public post for people to vote on.

Perhaps your suggestion is the subject of my next book!

Call for Subjects (everyone leave the chapter talk here).

However, I’m mostly done with the fairy ones, keep stepping out of my comfort zone and keep challenging myself with new subjects, and while I might flop, I might also fly off the handle.

If I had finished Demon II and continued to write about the city, I probably wouldn’t have gotten to the work of The Shiftman, and that’s the beauty of non-stop pioneering.

The bad thing is, maybe I’ll punt on my next book with a different topic, hahaha.

But so what, the next book is also just a part of my creative career, it’s accumulation, it’s a process, no matter how good or bad the results are, frankly, because there is no peak without a trough.

My biggest epiphany about the netbook market, or the starting point market, is that to be a hit, you have to be innovative, you have to have something different from everyone else, otherwise it’s hard to get ahead.

All walks of life are rolling now, and it’s easy to get rolled without character.

Volumes that have become mainstream in contemporary society.

Here’s a nod to Eagle, 30,000 word updates a day, what the fuck is a human being doing?

Personal friendships are personal friendships, but I still want to beat him to death (dog’s head).

There’s going to be a beatnik manga coming out over winter break, I’ve read some of the content, it’s well drawn and Suzume Hsu is adorable, so I’m sure it won’t disappoint.

Anime and movies and TV shows will also be coming online, but of course, that’s for later.

Here’s another py deal, after the beat writer finishes, those who are short on books can check out Elbow’s The Nomenclature of the Night, the most phenomenal work of the year, which broke all the major records in a row right after it hit the shelves.

The Nomenclature is a book I’ve been wanting to read for a long time, but with all the stress and chores during the serialization, I haven’t had the time, and now I can finally slaughter the elbow.

Finally, the jungle is a long way off, so I’ll see you all around!

    Finish scattering flowers!
