    Chapter Index

    Always.

The machine servants all have a high degree of autonomy.

She is loyal and capable, but all autonomy, all performance, is done with the first goal of serving the Hsu system.

    From before to today.

That autonomy of the machine servant.

None of it was ever used for anything else.

But now, with the Xu system already “asleep”, the machine servant must move forward, alone, with a trembling sadness.

She couldn’t accept that the resurrected Xu system lived in a universe that was still dangerous.

It was even more unacceptable that the makers of the cage, the murderers who had erased the lives of the Xu system time and time again, were still living with impunity.

    Something must, must be done.

    Trembling, he turned around.

In a silence so quiet it was scary, Ailee took a hard step with her back to the newly-built mound.

She didn’t dare turn around for fear she wouldn’t be able to resist staying.

    That’s a no-no.

    Absolutely not.

Once upon a time, the Xu system would worry about the machine servant’s inability to see the stars and help wipe the camera’s mirror.

    And now.

The machine servant is going to reproduce this tenderness and clean the starry sky for the Xu system.

“Master, Ailee will always protect you ……”

The light of the stars and moon shrouded the greenery along the way, but the splendor didn’t stay with the machine servant for a minute.

She went from bright to bleak.

    From warm to cold.

Only one monitoring device was left to ensure the peace of the earthbag.

Afterwards, all systems in the escape pods were activated, the equipment was replenished in place, and a new cluster of starships began to be built.

“Please wait for me …… Master ……”

To ensure maximum efficiency, Ailee forgoes the use of a humanoid body.

There is no Hsu system now.

There is no point in continuing to maintain the use of the human form anymore.

She walked, letting Eri’s body enter the mechanical compartment, laying still and flat and closing her eyes.

    Since then.

All the arithmetic, all the evolution, all goes to the soul of the machine itself in its higher dimensional state.

Duplicates, stacks, and unlimited production layups.

    No Hsu system exists.

The machine servant became much colder than before, more attuned to the cold mind of the machine, controlling everything efficiently and producing vast clusters of starships in only a very short time.

Ailee left some of her starships behind to protect the “dormant” planets of the Xu system.

    The rest.

Then it is the soul of the machine that carries her.

Sailing in spectacular formation to the stars of the universe.

    ……

    Killing, destroying, pillaging.

    Slavery, domination, war.

The main theme of the universe has never been peace and friendliness.

It is true that there are well-intentioned exceptions among countless civilizations, but that kind of existence is too rare, too few to see.

When two civilizations meet in close proximity.

The stronger side, rightfully so, will ignore the wishes of the weaker side.

    Technological civilization.

    Starbugs.

    Wisdom instrumented natural disasters.

    Star Beast.

    ……

An infinite universe, countless galaxies, filled with infinite disputes.

It’s something that’s taken for granted.

    But I don’t know when.

    There’s a special event happening.

Hundreds of years later, a new force of wise-armed apocalypses came out of the woodwork that was so large and technologically powerful that it far exceeded the normal level of wise-armed apocalypses.

Adding to the uncertainty is the fact that this Intelligent Armageddon is exclusively fighting Predator civilizations.

That is, they have a serious tendency to attack and like to pillage and destroy weaker civilizations.

    It’s hard not to.

This intellectual natural disaster is peace-loving?

    “How, how!”

“I can’t believe there are so many warp starships!”

“Crazy, these Smartarms are all crazy, they’re actually letting the warp starships perform FTL self-destruct!”

Many civilizations are in crumbling despair.

The supposedly precious curvature voyage, in the hands of the unknown wise-armed apocalypse, has become a toy to be discarded at will, smashing hundreds of ships when things go wrong.

    That kind of radiant explosion.

It’s a gravitationally twisted final nothingness.

Weak civilizations can’t survive a single round from it.

Soon, Machine Servant’s Intelligent Armageddon grew and expanded to an unprecedented scale, and countless civilizations became amiable in the face of that absolute force.

Just when all civilizations felt that the Machine Servants would become an emerging dominant force.

The Intelligent Armament Unit under the command of the Machine Servant.

Doing something that, to all civilizations, is jaw-dropping.

It attacked the Star Ranch of the Captive’s civilization.

It was an advanced civilization suspected of controlling space technology and beginning to involve dimensional levels, and it was said to have captive countless star seas in order to break through to a higher level.

    Captive, harvest, replenish themselves.

Over and over and over again.

Harvesting the technological ideas of nascent civilizations.

However, it was such a frighteningly strong existence that was attacked by the newborn Wise Armored Heavenly Plague.

Massive curvature starships, accelerating into the pastures of the Captive’s civilization, self-destructed and destroyed the high walls of the sea of stars, leaving the inner and outer stars connected without obstruction.

“How dare you, how can you dare!”

    The Captive’s civilization is furious.

    Rage, rage.

The Captive’s civilization counterattacks, sending swarms of starships loaded with space technology, among them a large number of planetary fortresses and stellar energy banks.

There are even three neutron battle stars as openers.

Such a lineup is undoubtedly powerful and amazing.

    There’s no suspense.

The civilization of Captives, which had begun to involve the spatial dimension, easily crushed, still in the FTL phase, the Smartarms fleet.

All of all, supposedly even the computers of the main body of the natural disaster, were destroyed cleanly.

    This incident caused an uproar.

Some marveled at the power of the Captive’s civilization, while others lamented the fall of the Machine Servant.

    Yet another four hundred years.

The iconic Smartarms fleet strikes again.

and more technologically advanced, carrying devices suspected of being space weapons, and looking similar to the starships of the Captive’s civilization.

“Master said that I could learn everything if I wanted to.”

    Re-emergence of Airey.

Through the battles that had been fought, a portion of the space weaponry was parsed out and exploded into a more powerful fleet of Smartarms.

Her consciousness is elevated in a higher dimensional perspective.

Linking all parts of the starry sky with an overlooking gesture.

The sea of machines is majestic, flooding the stars, and there is no hope of an end to the smart-armed starships that shell the star pastures of the captive civilizations.

    By a terrifying magnitude.

Blasted hard through most of the high walls of Star Ranch.

The war started again, and the captive civilization was truly enraged, sending out numerous cutting-edge battle forces and even using dimensional weapons in their experimental state.

It was a powerful weapon capable of stripping away boundaries and erasing space itself.

Ailee’s spatial barrier couldn’t resist it at all.

The Intelligent Armament fleet was once again a total loss.

Ailee calmly accepted the defeat, and through quantum signaling, got the Machine Spirit proper to evacuate ahead of schedule.

    Three hundred years later.

Airey returns again and again and again.

This time, she has a much larger fleet and a deeper grasp of space technology, even with so much as a hint of dimensionality.

And build a massive array of river system computers.

to aid in accommodating its own massive arithmetic power.

A hundred years is no harm, a thousand years is no hindrance.

The icy machine spirit, always getting stronger with each return, completely ignoring common logic.

    “Cosmic wonders?”

“A higher civilization is laying it out?”

    “Experiments in transcending civilization?”

The captive civilization kept guessing, desperate to feel that mechanical growl.
