“Grandpa’s game is over so let’s go.”
As Dylan waved his hand in annoyance large men jumped out of the sedan around Vincent.
The atmosphere suddenly became tense but the expressions on Lennok and Vincent’s faces as they looked at each other were extremely calm.
Even though Vincent didn’t know Lennok had a rough idea of what his appearance at this moment meant.
While Mila was putting her hand on the shotgun she was carrying on her back Vincent spoke again.
“Well the young people over there don’t seem to be in a very good mood so I’ll tell them my business right away.”
“……..”
“Given the circumstances you must have been in the VIP section of the Teina auction house so you probably know something about it. “The fact that it was I who won the archangel’s compassion in the end.”
“so?”
Could it be that they are now going to claim ownership of the relic?
Just as Dylan and Mila were thinking that they looked annoyed and were trying to raise their magic power.
Vincent who was maintaining a polite expression said with a grin.
“I would like to formally transfer the ownership and sponsor you instead what do you think?”
“This shameless old man is here now… huh?”
Mila who was about to scream belatedly realized what he meant and opened her eyes wide.
“You want to sponsor a class?”
“of course. “Miss did you really think that now I would call you coveting that precious relic?”
Vincent answered while laughing.
“I have a general idea of what kind of person that friend over there is. “If I leave it like this it won’t be surprising if I get swept up in the fire someday in the name of getting rid of the trouble.”
As he said that he calmly crossed his arms and nodded.
“I came here to prevent all such situations.”
Lennok was not surprised at all when he heard Vincent Mayblack’s true intentions.
If Vincent really intended to help Irina he should have intervened early during the battle with the exploration team.
The fact that he showed up so late means that the exploration team’s chances of winning were predicted to be low from the beginning.
Rather he took the initiative to reach out to Lennok to eliminate any repercussions and settle the grudge relationship by offering sponsorship.

His attitude of quickly trying to liquidate his position after watching the progress of the battle was nothing short of neat.
Lennok laughed and shook his head.
“It would be best to talk to Jenny for more details. “Because he is much better at negotiating than me.”
“……..”
“Well I understand what you want to say. “After today I will completely forget about what happened with the exploration team.”
The Arashak exploration team including Irina was wiped out so what does that mean?
What Lennok was saying was in effect a declaration that he had no intention of messing with the sponsors who were giving her money and Vincent immediately understood that.
“It’s good that you understand quickly. “I will be happy to see you off.”
With Vincent’s words the suits quietly opened the way out of the forest.
The three passed the old gentleman and headed down the street.
Just as Lennok was about to pass him Vincent spoke in a very quiet voice.
“Mayor asked me to say hello to you. “I’m looking forward to the day we meet again.”
“……..”
Mayer.
Although it had been quite some time since he had heard it Lennok had not forgotten the name.
I met this person when I was involved in work at a pharmaceutical company.
Wasn’t there an old man overflowing with greed who started out as a district council member and once held a position on the city government inspection committee?
The greed was so impressive that I remembered it and it seems he also didn’t forget Lennok.
I never thought I would hear his name in a place like this.
Will we meet again someday?
No he must have been thinking about that and left a message to say hello to the old gentleman.
As always he is a very unique person.
Lennok didn’t respond but walked straight past him. Vincent didn’t bother to stop him either.
Only the faint smell of blood emanating from the collapsed forest signaled the end of the short and intense expedition.
