“The great sage had long sought to break the wheel of destiny. To do so he first led the battle against the constellations through Solomon and the Elder Dragon. But he failed. And then the next thing he created was none other than the hero-king Kaiser.”

Kaiser is said to have been born between the Fairy King who possessed the power of the beginning and the great sage.

Harvey West paused for a moment as if to give Zeke time to comprehend and then spoke again.

“A half-breed of a fairy king and a human. I don’t think you’d truly believe that was possible.”

Zeke’s expression hardened at his words.

“…So the King of Heroes is also a being created by the great sage?”

At those words Harvey West turned his head toward the window.

“You will remember the homunculus of Caesar that was absorbed by the angel fragments. How do you think the great sage could have created the homunculus of the King of Heroes?”

He continued speaking slowly.

“The King of Heroes is a being created by the great sage using the power of the arrogant savior to breathe the spirit of the Fairy King into him.”

Zeke was startled by Harvey West’s words.

‘You created Master Kaiser by using the power of the arrogant savior?’

“The great sage tried to break this wheel of fate by creating a hero king but Caesar who was created from the soul of the fairy king was the one who was most restricted by the shackles and so he failed. In the process the great sage made countless mistakes and eventually the situation got out of his control.”

The fallen constellations were left to intervene as a result of the backlash of the beings who had been created to break away from the world order. In addition Siemens Apollyon a descendant of King Solomon who had been protected by the great sage became corrupted and took the power of the Demon King into his own body.

In the end the great sage sacrificed his own soul to seal the Demon King’s soul in the Book of the Dead in order to resolve the problems he had caused.

However the balance of the phenomenal world was greatly damaged and could not be restored so the great sage was unable to leave this place and created the Highlanders to maintain the balance while leaving his traces on the ground.

Harvey West said as he looked at Zeke.

“The great sage in order to correct his own failure created me this time using the soul of an arrogant savior. A new being was needed as a savior who would break the wheel of fate and liberate the phenomenal world. A being that possessed both the power of the Nephilim and the power of the Forsworn.”

Harvey West was created to be the savior but he turned against his creator’s will and stood on the opposite side to do what he thought was right.

Zeke faced him with a heavy expression.

Zeke felt the Apocalypse Knights who were facing the spear of light beyond the window gradually being pushed back.

He slowly raised his head looked at Harvey West and opened his mouth.

“I understand your true identity. But don’t think that the terrible things you’ve done can be covered up in the name of an unavoidable sacrifice.”

Harvey West said with a faint smile.

“Zeke Draker you still don’t understand that you too are a puppet struggling in the shackles of fate just like me.”

“What does that mean?”

Harvey West slowly extended his finger and pointed at Zeke.

“Knight of Salvation. Have you ever thought that you too could be a piece of chess created by a great sage?”
