A Dragonslayer’s Peerless Regression – 418
by Hectopascal(헥토파스칼 )
Episode 418
There was not a single movement from Zeke who had blades sprouting from his entire body.
Still Rahim had a hard time approaching Zeke.
‘I don’t know what kind of trick he might have up his sleeve next.’
The plan was to wait until it was determined that Zeke’s breathing had completely stopped.
But then I felt something strange on the floor.
Tsk tsk tsk!
A cold air flowed from the floor then ran up Nazim and Rahim’s legs instantly freezing their lower bodies.
“This is it!”
And this time Zeke who was thought to be dead got up from his seat moved around and pulled out the blade embedded in his body without any trouble.
Teeing!
As soon as the blade hit the ground Zeke’s body healed in an instant.
Rahim’s face turned red with shock when he saw this.
“What nonsense… How can a human have the power of immortality…!”
Zeke turned his neck this way and that and glared at Rahim and said.
“Is this the extent of the power of the fallen Holy Blood? I think I’ve seen everything so let’s end it now.”
Zig took out the Holy Spear from his inventory.
Woohoo!
Rahim and Nazim felt instinctively afraid at the power they felt from Seongchang.
“What the heck is that! You you what the hell are you….”
“Since you probably don’t know the identity of the Nostra Family’s overall boss anyway I won’t bother asking you.”
After cutting off his words and finishing what he had to say Zeke raised his spear and threw it with all his might towards the front.
Shhhhhh!
Rahim and Nazim tried to escape somehow but their lower bodies frozen by the power of freezing did not move.
“Kaaaaaaah!”
The holy spear imbued with golden power pierced Nazim’s chest and entered Rahim’s body.

“Keuh-uh-uh!”
The power of the Holy Spear destroyed the corrupted Holy Blood drawn from the Four Evils.
Then the Chimera’s body which had been constantly regenerating began to fall apart.
Doo doo doo doo doo!
Nazim’s body fell apart first and then Rahim’s body also began to develop tiny cracks.
He reached out to Zeke.
“Oh no! I’ll kill you…”
Before his plea for help could even end his body too was reduced to dust.
Zig looked at the scattered powder and picked up the Holy Spear that had fallen on the floor.
He put the spear into his inventory and looked down at his Draker uniform which was riddled with holes here and there.
“The ability to create a blade that can tear through uniforms made from dragon skin.”
The chimera created with the power of the Four Evils also had its bloodline abilities strengthened and it could be seen that its power was at least greater than that of the Red Knight.
If the Nostra Family had created a more stable potion and administered it to a bloodline user with stronger powers than Six it would have been possible to gain the power of the Black Knight.
Still just knowing that the Chimera could be destroyed with the power of the Holy Spear gave him a strategic advantage.
‘The Chimera of Evil… I need to find out more about the Nostra Family guys who created this kind of thing.’
Zeke approached Martha one of the members of Six who was lying on the floor on the other side.
It seemed that his physical abilities were quite weak and he passed out in the middle of the battle due to the aftereffects of the battle.
‘I don’t think this child has become a chimera.’
At that moment Shadia entered the battlefield.
She knelt before Zeke and reported.
“My lord I have subdued everyone in the castle.”
Zeke nodded after hearing Shadia’s words.
“The rest of the disciples and the rest of the prisoners have all fallen into the abyss. Among the prisoners set aside those who will convert and if there are any who seem suspicious lock them up in prison interrogate them and then deal with them.”
“Okay boss.”
Zeke then handed over the unconscious Martha and told her to send her to Arina when she returned.
If it was Arina she would have freed Martha from her brainwashing and given her a place at the Academy.
After leaving the cleanup to Shadia Zeke used the Sage’s Eye to find the location where the Earth God was sealed.
Zeke who went down to the castle’s basement through him found the location of a secret passage hidden in the wall took out a hammer and struck it with all his might.
Kwakwakwang!
A secret passageway hidden in the wall for hundreds of years was revealed by Zeke’s hands.
Zeke slowly descended the underground stairs that had been revealed through a secret passage.
As he descended the spiral staircase Zeke carefully examined the murals carved into the walls.
‘What is this….’
It seemed like a mural depicting the life of a certain person.
And among the things painted on the mural there was something that Zeke could recognize.
‘A knight who plucks out the heart of a dragon and places it in his own chest. A commander who leads the legions of Orcs and Dark Elves.’
Surprisingly the mural was about the Siemens Apollyon.

It was a mural deifying Siemens Apollyon in which he was depicted as a superhuman who was chosen as the true successor to the King of Heroes and who gained supernatural powers by receiving a heart transplant from a dragon.
‘They say that history ultimately depends on the writer’s perspective but this is a bit too much.’
The mural depicts that after the King of Heroes left for the Fairy World the world was corrupted by the remaining humans and in order to save the world Siemens Apollyon himself rose up and led other races to wage war against the corrupted Kingdom of Cronus.
What was surprising was that the appearance of the Kingdom of Kronos and the Allied Forces was depicted as vicious and Siemens Apollyon who leads the Demon King’s army was depicted as if he were a knight.
‘It really depends on how you say it.’
If I were the Allied Forces I would have certainly painted the Siemens Apollyon in the most evil light.
As Zeke looked at the murals carved on the wall he realized one thing.
‘So is this castle where the Demon King’s army of Siemens Apollyon was?’
Unlike the other dragons who were each sealed in their own realms the Earth God’s body and soul were separated and sealed separately without a clone.
If Siemens Apollyon had intentionally hidden that soul in his base it could be seen that he had been paying close attention to the sealing of the god of the earth.
‘It can be seen that Siemens Apollyon cared about and feared the god of the earth to that extent.’
Zeke walked down the stairs scanning the mural.
Unlike the architectural style created by the dwarves the walls were built with solid gray bricks.
The Sage’s Eye automatically selected information on the relevant forms and relayed it to Zeke.
‘It’s a castle built by orcs not dwarves. How surprising.’
It is a little known fact that Orcs were also a race skilled in handling metal and tools.
However while dwarves dealt with technology and even considered aesthetic elements orcs had none of that.
Technology has developed solely for practicality.
As a result buildings also developed into structures that were rough but sturdy and could be built quickly.
Zeke passed through a large rough and solidly built hallway in the Orc fashion.
Then at the end of the hallway a heavy massive door appeared.
He approached the door extended his hand and gave a command to the system.
“System. Open the door.”
At Zeke’s command the system attempted to connect to the administrator system to open the door.
But instead of the door opening a warning message appeared.
[The administrator system for that area could not be found.]
Zeke recalled that this was not the dragon’s resting place but the Siemens Apollyon’s space.
‘Is the system not connecting on this side?’
I tried using the door skill but there was no significant reaction.
Zeke who had been wondering what to do since this had never happened before shook his head after a while.
“When you don’t know the fastest way is to ask.”
He took out his green sword and summoned Aratasso.
Woohoo!
Aratasso’s form was summoned with a green light.
He said stretching.
[Whoa! Why did you call me again when I was sleeping soundly?]
“You’re really good at sealing things. Should I seal it on Solomon’s ring?”
Arataso waved his hands in shock at Zeke’s words.
[Stop saying such horrible things! Why did you call me?]
“Zeke said pointing to the tightly locked door.
“Do you know how to open this? It looks like it was made by the Demon King’s army but it doesn’t open the way I did.”
Arataso slowly approached the door that Zeke had pointed to.
He touched the door looked at it closely and tilted his head.
[This… is just a door?]
Zeke clenched his teeth at Aratasso’s words.
“Who would have summoned you without knowing that this is a door? I asked if there was a special way to open it in the Demon Realm.”
Arataso stepped back at Zig’s threatening words and said.
[There’s no special way to open a door! You just open it or if it’s locked you open it with a key and go in.]
“Key? Is it something you open by channeling magic power or entering a specific code or something?”
[What are you talking about? It’s just a key. Something you put in and turn. Don’t humans have a culture of keys?]
In most other historic sites the doors were opened by entering a code through a system so it never occurred to me that they would use a regular key.
‘Even the Demon World uses keys.’
Zeke scratched his head slightly awkwardly and looked at the door again.
I looked underneath and saw that there was a real key hole.
Zeke turned his head towards Aratasso and asked.
“How can you open a door in the Demon World without a key?”
Arataso thought carefully and then answered.
[Usually you would call a locksmith or something. The locks in the Demon Realm are very complex in structure and if you don’t use the right key they are made of multiple structures that make them even more tightly locked. Looking at this it looks like a typical Demon Realm lock.]
In the end the point was that it was difficult to open the door without a key.
‘What should I do?’
After racking his brain Zeke quickly made a decision.
He took a hammer out of his inventory.
“When neither one nor the other works it’s best to just smash it.”
Zeke was someone who hated overcomplicated thinking.
Arataso was startled when he saw Zig pull out a hammer out of nowhere.
[Would you really be trying to break this? Arthur. When I look at it it looks like this door was brought directly from the Demon World. This is definitely not something that can be broken by hitting it…]
Before Arataso could finish speaking Zeke swung the hammer imbued with golden power.
Oh my god!
He struck with all his might with a hammer imbued with gold but the rebound was so strong that Zig was thrown back.
Arataso saw this and shook his head and said.
[See I told you so. I said this isn’t something you can break by hitting it.]
But Zeke ignored those words and picked up the hammer and gave it all his might.
Woof woof woof!
The hammer roared and vibrated.
“Anything will work.”
Since I have so many technologies I planned to try them all out one by one to find one that works.
Zeke grabbed the hammer and called out his full strength ‘Will to Break’.
An image of a giant crusher appeared above the hammer he held.
“Chahaaaaat!”
The hammer slammed into the door with a loud bang.
Kwakwakwang!
There was a loud crashing sound as the hammer and door collided.
Surprisingly unlike before the door was dented.
Arataso’s mouth opened wide when he saw this.
[Ah no… Isn’t this supposed to be like this?]
It was a door not only made of solid metal but also had various magic attached to it.
Still it seemed like the soul-searching technique using spiritual power was effective.
Zeke chuckled and raised his hammer.
“Okay I got it.”
He gripped the hammer tightly again infusing it with all his might and slammed the door with all his might.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
As the hammer filled with the power of the spirit struck dozens of times the door that had been holding on tightly could no longer withstand it.
Kwakwakwakwang!
The door burst open with a loud noise.
“Whew! I feel relieved after a long time.”
[I’m crazy….]
Arataso never thought that he would actually smash the gate of the demon world with a hammer.
Zeke climbed through the broken door and went inside.
A huge circular space was created in the shape of a dome with an altar in the middle.
The walls were engraved with relief murals depicting the achievements of Siemens Apollyon and stone statues that seemed to depict Siemens Apollyon were lined up here and there.
Arataso who followed Zig was also amazed by the stone statues and relief murals.
[Wow what is this? It feels like I’m in a museum in the Demon World.]
Zeke said in disbelief after hearing Aratasso’s words.
“Is there a museum in the Demon World?”
Aratasso replied angrily to those words.
[I hope we don’t forget that it is we who will convey the beauty of art to humanity.]
The clear green wish of Aratasso was a constellation that especially loved art.
In keeping with his master’s disposition Arataso was also very interested in works of art.
After getting annoyed at Zeke Arataso tilted his head as he leisurely looked at the sculptures.
[Hmm?]
He turned to Zeke and said.
[Somehow these statues… look a bit like you.]
