    Chapter Index

    ……

Natsuki Arai picked up his backpack as usual and got ready to go to school, but something seemed different today, when he went downstairs in the morning, he pushed open the dining room door which was pushable, and Rina hadn’t locked it again.

He pulled away gently, and across the room he saw the girl still asleep on the couch.

A thin blanket covered the body.

There is underfloor heating in the room, so there is no difference in worrying about her catching a cold.

Since he could open the door, he could make a bento by the way; he had always made his own bento for himself, and he had learned a lot about living independently.

He also spent more time alone before crossing over, and gradually he knew more, and would be more mature in his thinking than his peers.

It was as if he had always felt that arguing was not going to solve the problem, but often arguments began with an oath of sovereignty on both sides.

He walked gently into the kitchen.

    Fifteen minutes later.

Two bento’s were made, Lina’s with a sausage cut in the shape of an octopus, and an egg roll along with some vegetables, along with a piece of fried pork chop with sauce.

He covered Lina’s copy and placed it on the dining room table, and was about to write a sticky note and stick it on the refrigerator when he noticed that Lina was awake.

Wearing one of his white, loose-fitting T-shirts and holding a writing pad.

He stared at her for two seconds, and when he saw the favorability system again, it showed a bucketful of zeros.

Good sense has turned on a dime to attack, and success is no longer negative.

    That’s good news.

But the bad news is that the S-Class girls still haven’t made any progress.

Lina arched her arched nose, smelling the scent, and all of a sudden her little tummy was a little hungry again, and she walked over quickly.

Nowadays she didn’t have the same sense of distance towards Aoi Natsuki as she did back then, and it didn’t even matter if the two of them sat down to eat together and watched TV on a single couch.

“I’m going to school then, you stay home.”

Natsuki Aoi took down the backpack hanging from the back of the chair and turned to walk out of the dining room.

He had just exited the foyer when he suddenly heard Leigh’s childish voice coming from his body.

    Babbling, slurring words.

He turned his head to look.

Leigh’s tiny body held the writing pad, which was apparently too big for her to hold above her head with great inconvenience.

    “Be careful on the road.”

Aoi Natsuki felt warmed up for a moment, although the two had been polite so far, but at least the other party was the first time the opposite sex had reported kindness to them, hell, for a moment they felt like crying did they!

He pointed to the writing board, then said, “Actually, you don’t have to hold it up so high every time, I can read the words clearly by holding it up, so I’ll go.”

With that in mind, I got on my bike and rode in the direction of the school.

    ……

“Sorry, I’m afraid I won’t be able to join you for lunch. Bye.”

Receiving such a text message, whether it was from the opposite sex, or say, his good friend Yusuke, was inexplicably a little sad.

It was a beautiful day, it was rare to see such a turquoise blue sky, and even after a morning of hostile sightings from the opposite sex, and endless questions from teachers of the opposite sex, he was feeling in better shape.

He’d never gotten over Takahashi Mito for a long time, but then again, he thought the other man had some violent tendencies.

When you don’t have an idea why not ask the system what it thinks, the keyword ability is refreshed every day, just like a girl’s heart changes differently every day.

Sitting on the bench on the rooftop, he first opened the bento box he had brought with him, unwrapped his chopsticks, and ate his midday meal first.

Take a bite of your omelet and look up at the blue sky.

Take a breath of fresh air.

I believe that I should not be the first to suffer from autism before completing the task.

    “S-ha–“

He closed his eyes and took a deep breath.

But when he opened his eyes, a girl’s face appeared above his head, and instantly he was startled and slid and shoveled to the ground like a worm.

Then a roll over and the bento in his hand settles down, NICE!

He looked over at the girl who had suddenly appeared.

The other party turned out to be standing behind the bench, and there was almost thirty centimeters between the barbed wire fence and the bench, and a small step, on which she had just stood condescendingly and met his eyes.

“Scared me.” The girl spoke, while rubbing her chest, but in reality the expression on her face didn’t change at all.

Aoi Natsuki sized up the strange girl in front of her, tall, probably could be around 5’7″, with long black smooth black hair that fell down to her waist, the most striking thing was her eyes, which were thin and long at the end, while there was a black tear mole under her right eyelid.

The nose was high and straight, the skin texture was as smooth as a ceramic doll, and the whole person looked so beautiful that it was even a little unreal.

But the real point is why the other person reached out to him or her.

And the way the other party was looking straight at her, Aoi Natsuki always felt furtive inside.

“Why are you backing away further and further, do I look that scary?”

“That’s not …… just, never mind, not important, may I ask what you wanted to see me about?”

Aoi Natsuki stood up from the ground, his eyes not meeting with the other party as much as possible, as the other party brought him a very somber feeling.

The last time this marvelous feeling had appeared was when he was a child watching the little witch Mona.

“There is indeed something I want to ask you for, I’ve recently discovered something very odd, so I’d really like to look into it.” The girl smiled a very beautiful smile, far beyond what a teenage girl should be.

“So what does this have to do with me?”

Aoi Natsuki asked rhetorically as she covered the box of bento.

“Because this weird thing happened to you, a boy hated by all the girls – Natsuki Aoi.”

“That forum post! Is it hard to believe you wrote it?!”

In the school forum, there was a thread with an extremely high number of replies, which was all about bashing how much one boy was hated, and that boy was him.

The reasons among them are also fantastic.

Some say they hate his looks.

Some say they hate his temperament.

Some people said they hated that his smile wasn’t sunny.

Hate it when he walks funny.

Hate it when he has a hard voice when talking to people.

There are all sorts of reasons to hate it.

But almost all point to one truth.

He’s being hated by all the girls in school.

“I wrote it, and how funny it is that even when I’m ready to come over, the disgust still comes up from within.”

The girl looked at him with a look of novelty, but it was more like the gaze of a lab rat.

It had been thought that no female would jump out of their nature and notice the strangeness of this, even Yusuke had noticed it, or had given him an example to describe it when Natsuki Aoi was just too hard to bear alone.

But it never occurred to me that the first person to find out about this strange event would be a girl.

In normal terms, the gods would not allow this to happen.

Then the girl in front of me is just too special.

Natsuki Aoi was so surprised that she looked at the other person squarely for the first time.

A brilliant purple light then lit up again.

    Unbelievable.

The letter in the shape of an S radiating purple light rose above her head.

But that wasn’t what surprised him the most, what really surprised him was the value of the other party’s favorability.

    “-1”

    Just minus one?

Aoi Natsuki’s head spun for a moment.

And the brunette girl had stepped up with a mysterious smile on her face.

“Get to know me, my name is …… Sakurajima Apricot, please teach me more.”
